Thetas always have a busy social calendar. Between our mixers, theme parties, and formals, we are never bored on the weekend! The chapter looks forward to learning the theme of each semester's parties, finding the perfect date, creating the best costumes, and of course, attending the events!
Mixers & Date Parties
Mixers are social events open to Thetas and members of another selected organization. Past semester mixers have included a trip to the Dallas Museum of Art with Chi Phi, Main Event with Fiji, and and 80's themed "Date & Skate" with the Delts (just to name a few!). The ladies of Theta look forward to getting to know their fellow Greeks while spending time enjoying fun activities!
In addition to mixers, each semester UTD Thetas host date parties where we invite our dates to enjoy an extra special activity like going to a Dallas Mavericks game, murder mystery dinner party, comedy show, and so much more!
Theme Party & Formal
Every year, Theta hosts at least one theme party, open to Thetas and their dates. This year's theme was Neon Nights, where everyone dressed in their most outrageous attire for a night of dancing, glow sticks, and fun!
To end the year with a bang, Theta also hosts a formal at the end of each spring semester. Getting dressed up with our sisters and dancing the night away with our dates is a great way to top off a wonderful year in Theta!
